- How are the Birds
going to improve their red zone offense this year? The fade to Hank Baskett. Am I crazy or
wasn't this the same drumbeat as last offseason? Good, I'm not crazy.

I just saw some guys
playin football down from my hotel. I ran up and just intercepted a pass then
ran away...they didn't find it too funny
ay to all you doubters
of Jeremy Maclin, he WILL be top 5 rookies this year, don't hate
got training
today.....im bout to get my dank on and pick some balls off, know what im
sayin? im fiendin for another ring.
Ah yes.....getting his
dank on...........
I love that he is "fiendin" for another ring. Something tells me he is also "fiendin" for another substance as well. Also love that he picked off the pass and just ran away. Did he give the ball back? It seems to suggest he didn't.
I know if will never happen, but if the Eagles were ever on Hard Knocks, it would be the best experience of my life. I would be absolutely fixated. But, I know the fat genius and the Birds in general would never allow this intimate of access. It would lead to absolute insanity on talk radio and in the papers around here. Speaking of Hard Knocks...is Danny Amendola this year's potential camp darling? I say yes and he seems like a Reid guy to me. My favorite part of Hard Knocks last year was when the Eagles attempted to swoop in (no pun intended) and sign him.
Btw...I think I'm ready to move on from Hank Baskett. He is wearing thin on me right now. With Jackson, Curtis, Maclin, Avant (solid year last year), and perhaps Amendola or some other sleeper, Baskett's position is far froim secure right now, so we shouldn't be talking about him as a difference maker. That is just foolish.
That would be insane if Hard Knocks if did the Birds. I guarantee Lurie would be down but Reid wouldn't under any circumstances.
I agree with Baskett - I think this may be his last hurrah - but he's always a stud on special teams, which help his cause.
