Restaurant supplies.  By the way, I'm a barbecue fanatic.  I've got a smoker and everything.  Barbecue supplies usually consist of ribs, pork shoulder, brisket, lump charcoal and a case of beer.  You see, good barbecue takes time.  Ribs usually are in the realm of a 5 hour smoke time.  Pork shoulder and brisket, depending on the size of the cut can take 18 hours.  What to do?  Well, use the time wisely by drinking about 30 beers.  When your wife or girlfriend ask you what the hell your doing, you can just sneer at them and tell them you're cooking dinner.  Do I ever bitch at you for cooking dinner??
