When we started talking about the McNabb era in Philadelphia possibly coming to an end, I had mixed feelings. After the Ravens loss, I was ready to pack Andy Reid's bags for him. There is one guy who may be nearing the end of the line with the Eagles that I have no mixed feelings about. When Brian Dawkins hangs 'em up, or, God forbid, suits up for someone else, I may just shed a tear.

I took a couple of hours to let this one sink in, gave it a ton of thought, and I'm pretty sure I can this was the best day of NFL football in my life. The two Super Bowls were both losses, so the days ended badly. There have been plenty of good playoff wins, but never anything like this.
